Arkadiusz KLOZIŃSKI

Dr. Hab. Eng. Arkadiusz KLOZIŃSKI is a faculty member at the Faculty of Chemical Technology, Poznań University of Technology, where he works at the Institute of Chemical Technology and Engineering. He holds the position of Associate Professor following his habilitation in mechanical engineering in 2020.

His research focuses on polymer technology, particularly the processing and rheological properties of polymers, polymer composites, and biodegradable materials. He specializes in in-line measurement techniques for assessing rheological properties during polymer processing. His recent work spans environmental impact of microplastics, polymer recycling, and composite materials with natural fillers.

The most recent publications demonstrate a strong focus on advanced polymer composites, with particular attention to rheological characterization methods. His research shows a consistent pattern of investigating how different fillers and additives affect polymer properties, with increasing attention to environmental impacts in recent years.

KLOZIŃSKI actively collaborates with multiple institutions including the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Poznań University of Technology, University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, and Lublin University of Technology. He maintains strong industry connections with local, national, and international companies in the plastics sector.

He teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Polymer Technology, covering lectures, laboratories, and project work. Additionally, he lectures at postgraduate programs at both Poznań University of Technology and Częstochowa University of Technology.

His scientific memberships include the Polish Society of Technical Rheology, Association of Polish Mechanical Engineers and Technicians, and The Polymer Processing Society.
