Arjun (Raj) Manrai is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and a faculty member in the Computational Health Informatics Program (CHIP) at Boston Children’s Hospital. He earned an A.B. in Physics (Harvard, Highest Honors) and a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics from Harvard-MIT. His research focuses on improving medical decision-making through computational approaches in clinical genomics, algorithmic bias mitigation, and healthcare AI ethics. Key projects include race-free kidney function equations, genetic variant classification, and semi-supervised learning for medical imaging.
