Arik Alper, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics (Gastroenterology & Hepatology) at Yale School of Medicine. He specializes in pediatric gastroenterology, with clinical and research focus on feeding disorders, aerodigestive conditions, and gut microbiome interactions with medical therapy. He completed his MD at Hadassah Medical School (2004) and residency at Tel Aviv Medical Center (2010), followed by a fellowship at Yale (2015). He co-directs the Yale Pediatric Aerodigestive Program and serves as Interim Chair of Pediatrics at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital (since 2024).
