Ariela Caglio is an Associate Professor of Management Accounting and Performance Measurement at Bocconi University's Accounting Department. She serves as Director of the Double Degree Bocconi-ESSEC (Master of Science in Management) and has held Visiting Professor positions at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and the University of Manchester. With 15+ years of graduate and executive teaching experience, her work bridges theoretical and practical domains in accounting and business management.

Her research focuses on performance measurement systems, sustainability reporting, business planning, and cost accounting. She investigates management accounting practices in supply chains, particularly in the fashion and football industries, with emphasis on ESG metrics and organizational control mechanisms.
