Ariel Sevilla

Ariel Sevilla is an Associate Professor in Sociology at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, affiliated with the Studies and Research Laboratory on jobs and professionalization (CEREP). His work focuses on social representations, professionalization processes, and the intersection of public health with alcohol consumption. He actively collaborates on interdisciplinary projects related to terroir, wine culture, and sustainability.

Team Affiliations: Ariel works alongside researchers like Emmanuelle Leclercq, Aurélie Melin, and Benoît Verdier in studying winegrower collectives and their mediatization. He also contributes to analyses of land use conflicts in sustainability transformations.
