Ariel Jaffe

Ariel Jaffe, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Digestive Diseases) and Medical Director of Liver Transplant Oncology at Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in hepatology, liver cancer, and transplant hepatology, with a focus on improving outcomes for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and metabolic-associated liver disease. Her clinical practice spans locations in New Haven, Waterford, and Stamford, CT, integrating care across the Smilow Liver Cancer Program and Liver Transplant Program.

Dr. Jaffe’s research emphasizes clinical workflow optimization, prognostic biomarkers, and the application of artificial intelligence in diagnostics.
