Arathi Mehrotra

Arathi Mehrotra is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She teaches MBA core courses such as Communication for Leaders and electives like Communicating with Data. Her teaching excellence has earned her multiple awards, including the 2022 Teacher of the Year Award and 2021 Outstanding Teacher Award. Previously, she held senior executive roles in technology, media, and finance, including leading Uber's US and Canada operations.
