Dr. April Nicole Kapu is a Professor of Nursing and Associate Dean for Strategic Partnerships and Global Affairs at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN). She holds dual roles as a healthcare executive and educator, with over 30 years of experience in critical care nursing and advanced practice leadership. Her work focuses on expanding APRN roles, improving healthcare access, and advancing global nursing education.
