Aoni Xu

Aoni Xu is a Lecturer and Sydney Horizon Fellow at the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering within the University of Sydney, joining in April 2024. Her research focuses on advancing electrocatalysis engineering through computational methods and experimental studies.

Research Interests:

• Electrocatalysis (green hydrogen, CO2 conversion, green ammonia synthesis)
• Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations
• Microkinetic modeling
• Mass transfer simulation
