Anyuan Chen

Anyuan Chen is a Researcher at the Department of Electrical Energy, Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). His work bridges theoretical and applied research in electrical systems.

Recent Publications include studies on salient pole synchronous machines, hydropower system flexibility, and electromagnetic conditions in offshore systems. Notable interdisciplinary work examines algal cytotoxicity in aquaculture.

Projects span collaborations with Rolls-Royce, Aker Solutions, and Siemens. He contributes to the HydroCen and EME initiatives for hydropower innovation and DEH system analysis.

Teaching includes courses in electromagnetism and electric drives.
