Dr. Anusha Pappu is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Portfolio Lead for Strategy at the University of Greenwich's School of Business, Operations and Strategy. With a PhD from the same institution and an MBA in International Business, she teaches operations management, strategic management, and logistics. Her research focuses on sustainability, circular economy, and student experience enhancement.
As International Partnerships Lead (2021-2023), she managed transnational education collaborations across multiple countries. She leads curriculum development initiatives and research projects on BAME student employability, with publications addressing pedagogical innovation and international education models.
