معرفی
Anum Fatima is a DPhil student in Statistics at the University of Oxford, specializing in Stein's method applied to Bernoulli mixture graphs under Prof. Gesine Reinert's supervision. She concurrently serves as a Lecturer in Statistics at Lahore College for Women University, Lahore (2017–Present, currently on study leave). Previously, she lectured at Queen Mary College, Lahore (2015–2017) and was a visiting teaching assistant at Lahore College for Women University (2014–2015).
Her education includes an MS in Statistics (2013) from Lahore College for Women University, focusing on the Generalized Poisson-Exponential distribution, and a BS in Statistics (2011) analyzing the Extended-Exponential distribution. Her research interests center on Probability Distributions, Stein's Method, and Network Analysis.
Her work spans statistical methodology development, including contributions to distribution theory and network modeling. Notable publications explore Stein's method applications, inhomogeneous random graphs, and extended distribution models. She has also contributed to transmuted distributions and reliability analysis.
Anum’s academic trajectory combines advanced statistical research with teaching roles in Pakistan and the UK. Her current focus bridges theoretical statistics with practical applications in probabilistic modeling and network science.
