Dr Antony Stadnyk is a Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), affiliated with the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the Human Performance Research Centre (HPRC) and the INSIGHT Climate Change & Health Research Collaborative. His research focuses on exercise and environmental physiology, particularly how exercise and environmental stressors impact human health and performance. Stadnyk holds a PhD from UTS (2019-2023), an MPhEd from the University of Otago (2015-2017), and a BPhEd from the same institution (2011-2014).

Notable projects include investigating training characteristics of elite track cyclists and developing resilience programs for firefighters.
He has received funding for research on training intensity distribution in cyclists (2019-2023) and contributed to peer review for International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. Teaching roles include subject coordination for Applied Exercise Physiology.
