Antonio R. GARCIA SUSPERREGUI

Dr. Antonio Ramón García Susperregui is a Lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, specializing in Spanish as a Foreign Language. He holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Sevilla, an M.A. in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication from Pompeu Fabra University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedicine from the University of Barcelona. His academic journey includes an additional M.A. in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from Nebrija University.

His research focuses on the development of teaching materials and programs for SFL, design and evaluation of objective assessment items, and analysis of interlanguage and conversational skills of SFL students. He has extensive experience as a Spanish teacher in Hong Kong institutions, including HKU SPACE and private organizations, and served as Head Academic Director for Spanish and French instruction.
