Professor Antonia Matalas is affiliated with Harokopio University’s Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, specializing in Nutritional Anthropology. She leads projects such as the Cyprus Food Virtual Museum and contributes to the MEDIS study on Mediterranean dietary habits and the PIMENTO network exploring traditional fermented foods.
