Antonia Karaisl is an Assistant Professor (non-tenure-track) affiliated with the Waseda Institute for Advanced Study and the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University. She teaches courses in comparative literature, European writing culture, and historiography, including Intensive Studies 32 (Comparative Perspectives in Japanese Literature) and Intermediate Seminar courses on alphabetism and historical problems.
