She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Corporate Governance from Italy (2007) and previously worked at the University of Naples for 8 years. Her expertise spans

Her research focuses on CSR disclosures, particularly comparing Islamic and conventional banks globally. Recent work involves empirical analysis of 194 banks' websites, evaluating quantity and quality of CSRD across 48 countries. The study reveals significant disparities in disclosure practices between bank types.
