Antoine Boulet

Antoine Boulet is an Assistant Professor and Higher Education Teacher at ISMANS CESI engineering school in Le Mans, France, where he teaches physics, chemistry, mathematics, and programming at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Previously, he held Research Associate positions at Warsaw University of Technology (2021–2022) and Michigan State University (2019–2020), focusing on theoretical physics. His research centers on quantum many-body problems, density functional theory (DFT), and ultracold atomic systems, with applications to nuclear physics and condensed matter. Notable contributions include developing non-empirical density functionals for strongly interacting Fermi systems and studying superfluid vortices and Higgs modes. Boulet earned his PhD in Theoretical Physics from Paris-Saclay University (2019), following a M.Sc. in Fundamental Concepts of Physics (2016) and B.Sc. in Fundamental Physics (2014).
