Anthony J. Chvala-Smith is an Associate Professor of Religion and holds the Paul E. Morden Seminary Chair of Religion at Graceland University. He teaches seminary and undergraduate courses in theology, biblical studies, and the History of Christian Thought. His research and teaching emphasize social justice across economic, gender, political, and environmental dimensions, drawing inspiration from historical figures like Amos, Thomas Aquinas, Frederick Douglass, and Martin Luther King Jr.
