Dr Anthony Hesketh is a Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University's Management School, Department of Organisation Work and Technology. He specializes in critical studies of finance, accounting, and organizational behavior, focusing on how organizations conceptualize and contest value creation. His research employs semiotic materialism and critical realism methodologies to analyze political economies and human capital dynamics.
