CLASP aims to create a comprehensive online library of Anglo-Saxon poetry (670–1100 CE) with tools for analyzing sound, metre, syntax, and themes. Unique features include Modern English translations, phonetic markers, and an interactive dictionary. The project is funded by the European Research Council (Grant No 695262).
Tony's interdisciplinary approach bridges computer science and medieval textual studies, leveraging digital tools to explore linguistic evolution and poetic techniques. His current work includes a book proposal on medieval calendars and software tools for validating Easter tables.
