Annika Olsson is Professor of Packaging Logistics and Dean of Lund University's Faculty of Engineering (LTH). Her research develops sustainable packaging systems through user-centered innovation.
Research Focus: Pharmaceutical packaging for elderly care, food packaging sustainability, and retail supply chain innovation. Leads projects on patient-centered medication packaging and sustainable food systems.
Leadership: Dean of LTH and member of LU's Light and Materials profile area. Coordinates multidisciplinary research through the Centre for Retail Research.
