Annie Liu is a Professor of Computer Science at Stony Brook University, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science. Her research focuses on compiler optimization, real-time/embedded systems, distributed systems, security, and intelligent systems. She leads the Design and Analysis Research Laboratory, which explores modeling, verification, code generation, and testing across multiple domains.
Education:

- M.Eng. in Computer Science, Tsinghua University
- B.S. in Computer Science, Peking University
Research Interests: Her work spans optimizing compilers, semantic Web analysis, big data systems, and security protocols. Recent projects address challenges in real-time systems, database systems, and distributed security architectures.
