Annica Rosvall

Annica Rosvall is a University Lecturer at Malmö University's Department of Nursing Science within the Faculty of Health and Society. With over 30 years of clinical experience in intensive care and anesthesia nursing, she maintains concurrent clinical practice at Skåne University Hospital's endoscopy clinic. Her research specializes in patient experience measurement, particularly in colonoscopy care, where she develops and validates patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) for quality improvement.

Research focuses include:

• Psychometric validation of healthcare instruments
• Co-creation of patient feedback systems
• Quality improvement frameworks for endoscopic procedures
• Meta-ethnographic analysis of patient experiences

She collaborates with the Measures for Change research group and Colonoscopy Research Sweden, a national clinical research network. Her teaching encompasses improvement methodologies for healthcare quality at undergraduate and advanced levels.
