Annette Morgan is an Academic Lead in the Community and Industry Engagement Hub at Curtin University's Faculty of Business and Law, concurrently serving as a Lecturer and Deputy Discipline Head for Taxation. She founded the Curtin Tax Clinic, Australia's first pro-bono tax clinic, which has inspired the National Tax Clinic Program and global collaborations. Her work spans tax education, clinical work-integrated learning (WIL), and tax policy design. She holds a B Comm (Accounting and Taxation), MTax, CTA, and is a Fellow of the CPA Australia.

Research interests focus on tax education in schools, clinical WIL programs, tax policy, and the role of tax clinics in administration and student development. Awards include Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and Certified Tax Adviser (CTA). She chairs the Australasian Tax Teachers Association and sits on industry committees.
Grants and Projects include Australian Government-funded research for the Curtin Tax Clinic. She advises on tax policy and clinical education, with publications spanning tax law, education, and policy.
