Annette Dreier

Prof. Dr. Annette Dreier is a Professor of Pedagogy and Childhood Education at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. She serves as Vice Dean of the Department of Social and Educational Sciences and leads initiatives such as the establishment of a research kindergarten in collaboration with FRÖBEL-Kita. Her work focuses on early childhood education, aesthetic education, spatial design in educational contexts, and policy-driven reforms in daycare and primary schools.

Dr. Dreier holds a PhD in Pedagogy from the Berlin University of the Arts (1994) and has extensive experience in academic leadership, including developing degree programs and advising municipalities like Berlin, Hamburg, and Saarland on educational policies.
