Annette B. Poulsen is a Professor of Finance at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. She has served as Managing Co-Editor of the Journal of Corporate Finance (2001–2018) and held editorial roles at Financial Management and Journal of Financial Research. Her research focuses on corporate governance, international finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
