معرفی
Annely Mürk is a Lecturer in Theoretical Mechanics at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Science and Technology, affiliated with the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics. She has held academic roles since 1996, progressing from researcher positions to her current faculty position. Her research focuses on applied mathematics, structural mechanics, and the dynamics of plastic materials, particularly in plates and shells under impact and blast loading.
- Current Position: Lecturer in Theoretical Mechanics (1.00 FTE) since 2016
- Previous Roles: Research Fellow (2006–2011), Extraordinary Researcher (2005–2006)
Education includes a PhD in Mathematics (2006) and a Master's in Mathematics (2000), both from the University of Tartu. Her work spans structural optimization, dynamic plastic behavior, and material failure analysis, with contributions to conferences like Optimization and Analysis of Structures (OAS).
Key projects include structural optimization of plates (ETF9110, 2012–2015), applied mathematics models (SF0180081s08, 2008–2013), and elastic-plastic shell optimization (ETF7461, 2008–2011). She has also been a member of the Estonian Mathematical Society since 2015.
