Dr. Annelies Robijn is a Research Fellow at the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) within the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where she has been employed since November 2020. Her work focuses on pharmacoepidemiology, particularly examining non-adherence to medications among pregnant women and evaluating pharmacotherapies for smoking cessation.

Annelies’ research utilizes population-based linked datasets to address critical public health questions. She is currently investigating smoking cessation pharmacotherapies among pregnant individuals and has previously worked on cardiovascular patient cohorts. Her expertise spans epidemiology, medication adherence, and maternal health.
Dr. Robijn is available to supervise Honours and PhD students and is currently mentoring one BMed Honours student. She is affiliated with UNSW’s Medicine & Health division and contributes to NDARC’s mission of advancing drug and alcohol research.
