Anneli Öljarstrand is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Studies at Stockholm University's Department of Education and Didactics. As a member of the Organizational Pedagogy research group, she focuses on workplace learning, organizational dynamics, and emotional labor within professional and religious contexts.
