Anne Sullivan, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and serves as a Physician in Medicine and Director of Medical Education in the Division of Newborn Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. Her work focuses on neonatal-perinatal medicine with special emphasis on medical education, counseling, and communication.
Dr. Sullivan received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in 2010 and earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2015. She completed her pediatrics residency at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in 2018 and her Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship through the Harvard Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Program in 2021. She also completed the Fellowship Program in Medical Ethics through the Division of Medical Ethics at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Sullivan's research focuses broadly on counseling, communication, and their intersection with medical education, particularly in the context of extreme prematurity and neonatal intensive care.
