Anne-Sophie Mamede is a Lecturer at École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille (ENSCL) and researcher in the Modeling and Spectroscopy team at the Unit of Catalysis and Solid State Chemistry (UCCS). Her research focuses on surface reactivity characterization using advanced techniques like XPS, ToF-SIMS, and LEIS. She develops model catalyst surfaces and synthesizes transition metal oxide thin films, with recent involvement in the European INTERREG IV project on catalyst surface engineering.
Her research investigates:
- Surface reactivity of catalysts using in situ spectroscopic methods
- Development of model catalyst systems for fundamental studies
- Synthesis of transition metal oxide thin films via spin coating
- Characterization of surface reaction mechanisms in heterogeneous catalysis
Publications primarily focus on heterogeneous catalysis, surface science, and materials chemistry, with themes spanning nanoalloy catalysts, biomass conversion, environmental remediation, nuclear chemistry, and electrocatalysis. Recent work shows strong emphasis on sustainable chemistry applications.
