Dr. Anne Rathbone Bradley is a full-time Professor at The Institute of World Politics (IWP), serving as the George and Sally Mayer Fellow for Economic Education and Academic Director at the Fund for American Studies. Previously, she worked as an Economic Analyst for the CIA’s Office of Terrorism Analysis and held roles at The Institute for Faith, Work, and Economics and George Mason University. Her research focuses on the political economy of terrorism, particularly al-Qaeda's organizational structure, and the intersection of economic freedom with biblical principles.
Dr. Bradley holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University (2006), where she was a James M. Buchanan Scholar. She has authored For the Least of These: A Biblical Answer to Poverty and contributed to numerous articles on topics like economic policy, inflation, and free markets. She is currently writing a book analyzing al-Qaeda's political economy post-9/11.
She also serves as a visiting scholar at the Bernard Center for Women, Politics, and Public Policy and has taught at Georgetown University and Charles University in Prague. Her academic work bridges economics, theology, and public policy, emphasizing free-market principles and their societal impact.
