Anne Pluta, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Rowan University's Department of Political Science & Economics, housed within the College of Humanities & Social Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research focuses on American political institutions, gender in politics, and methodological challenges in historical political science research. She is the founding director of Rowan’s Center for Social Science Research.
