Anne Nye

Anne Nye is an Adjunct Professor of Brass (French horn) in the Music, Worship & Performing Arts department at Lancaster Bible College. She also serves as interim professor of horn at Franklin and Marshall College and manages the Lancaster Bible College orchestra. Her professional roles include horn positions with multiple orchestras, including Allegro Orchestra of Lancaster, Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, and Pennsylvania Philharmonic. She actively participates in chamber music ensembles such as Manor Winds and Lancaster Brass Quintet.

Education: BMus in French Horn Performance from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). Beyond academia, she operates Tollbooth Antiques in Columbia, PA, and engages in creative hobbies like sewing and repurposing objects in her historic farmhouse.

Her musical network-building efforts include contracting musicians for local choral and church groups, reflecting her passion for connecting communities through music.
