Anne Marie Tharpe is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, holding the Vickie and Thomas Flood Endowed Chair. She is a leading figure in pediatric audiology and developmental hearing research.
Her educational background includes a B.S. from the University of Arizona (1979), and both M.S. (1980) and Ph.D. (1994) from Vanderbilt University, TN.
