Anne Marie Ivers

Anne Marie Ivers is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organisation at SETU. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, lean management, and research methodology innovation. She holds a PhD from 2012 investigating network capabilities in academic spinouts, a Master's in Business Studies (Marketing, 2007), and a Bachelor of Business (Honours, 2006).

Her work emphasizes interpretive case studies and lean leadership dynamics, challenging traditional research approaches. She actively publishes on methodological rigor and organizational transformation. Currently accepting PhD students, her research collaborations span business management and social sciences.
