Anne Marie Boustani

Anne Marie Boustani, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in nuclear medicine, focusing on diagnostic and therapeutic imaging for cancer, including thyroid malignancies, neuroendocrine tumors, and metastatic prostate cancer. She holds board certification in Nuclear Medicine and completed a fellowship in nuclear radiology at Yale, following radiology residency at Norwalk Hospital.

Dr. Boustani graduated from The University of Toledo College of Medicine (2009) and holds a master’s degree in Medical and Biological Illustration from Johns Hopkins University. She previously worked at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, translating educational content into digital formats, and continues to create medical illustrations for peer research and patient education.

Her research explores optimizing nuclear medicine techniques for tumor diagnosis and treatment, including immune response monitoring post-therapies and novel imaging agents. She collaborates with teams such as the Interventional Oncology Research Lab, advancing MRI and molecular imaging applications in liver tumor models.
