Anne Louise Peters

Anne Louise Peters, MD is a Professor of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and Director of the USC Clinical Diabetes Programs. She holds academic affiliations with USC’s Keck School of Medicine and leadership roles in diabetes-focused organizations. Her expertise spans diabetes diagnosis, treatment systems, and improving outcomes for diabetic populations.

Education: Earned her medical degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine (University of Chicago), completed internal medicine residency at Stanford University, and an endocrinology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Previously led clinical diabetes programs at Cedars-Sinai and UCLA.

Research Interests: Focuses on diabetes management innovations, healthcare systems optimization, and translational research. Key areas include automated insulin delivery systems, environmental health impacts on diabetes, and epigenetic factors in metabolic disorders.
