Dr. Anne-Jose Villeneuve is an Associate Professor at the University of Alberta's Campus Saint-Jean and the Department of Linguistics. She serves as Director of the ACB (Admissions and Academic Counselling Bureau) at Campus Saint-Jean and leads the Espace LiFT (Linguistic Space for a Francophonie in Transformation). Her work focuses on sociolinguistics, linguistic variation/change, bilingualism, and minority language communities, particularly in French-speaking contexts. She holds SSHRC-funded projects exploring language attitudes in Alberta and Picard dialect evolution.
Education: Doctorate in Linguistics (PhD) from an unspecified institution.
