Anne Dwyer is an Associate Research Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, focusing on Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and behavioral health policy. She previously served as Senior Health Counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, where she shaped major health legislation including the American Rescue Plan and the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act.
