Anne-Cathrine Tanner

Anne-Cathrine Tanner is an Academic Assistant and PhD student at the Chair for Public and Economic Law under Prof. Dr. Nicolas Diebold at the University of Lucerne. She holds a Master's degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (2013). Her professional background includes roles as a student research assistant at the University of St. Gallen's Law Faculty, teaching assistant for private law, and work in private banking. She also completed internships at the Swiss National Bank (SNB) and Werdenberg-Sarganserland District Court, and practiced as an associate attorney in corporate law with an international firm in Zurich after her 2016 bar admission. Her current research focuses on intersections of public and economic law, informed by her interdisciplinary legal and economic expertise.
