Anne Buttard is a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Burgundy, Department of Economics and Management, and a researcher affiliated with the Economics and Management Laboratory (FRE 3496). She holds a doctorate in Economic Sciences (2008) from the University of Burgundy, with her thesis supervised by Professor Maryse Gadreau and receiving multiple accolades, including the L. Vouters Prize and Jacques Tymen Prize.
- Education: Doctorate in Economic Sciences (2008), DEA in Economic Analysis and Policies (2001) with honors.
Her research focuses on health economics, primary care coordination, and social economy. Recent publications analyze healthcare coordination practices, pandemic response strategies, and the role of multi-stakeholder partnerships in health policy. She has contributed to interdisciplinary projects examining urban health services and regional healthcare models.
She has received significant scientific awards, including:

- Jacques Tymen Prize (2001 and 2010) from the Association of Social Economy
Her teaching spans health economics, social economy, and public policy at Master’s and Licence levels across institutions like UFR de Science Economique et de Gestion and IFCS Dijon. She also holds administrative roles, including responsibility for Licence 3 Sciences Economiques since 2012.
