Anne Buttard is a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Burgundy, Department of Economics and Management, and a researcher affiliated with the Economics and Management Laboratory (FRE 3496). She holds a doctorate in Economic Sciences (2008) from the University of Burgundy, with her thesis supervised by Professor Maryse Gadreau and receiving multiple accolades, including the L. Vouters Prize and Jacques Tymen Prize.

Her research focuses on health economics, primary care coordination, and social economy. Recent publications analyze healthcare coordination practices, pandemic response strategies, and the role of multi-stakeholder partnerships in health policy.
