Anna Zuša

Anna Zuša is a PhD Leading Researcher at the Sports Healthcare Research Center within the Latvian Academy of Sport Education, specializing in adolescent health and sports science. Her work directly supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), focusing on digital-era health challenges including screen time impacts, sleep quality, and physical activity patterns in youth populations. She actively collaborates with the Latvian Council of Science on nationally funded research initiatives.
