Anna Słowikowska is an Associate Professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration. She serves as an assistant and secretary of the Department of the Faculty of Law of the Sacraments and the Institutes of Consecrated Life. Her research focuses on lay faithful participation in sanctification and legal relations between the Catholic Church and the state, emphasizing the principle of cooperation outlined in Vatican II documents and the Polish Constitution of 1997.
Education: She holds dual Master's degrees in Canon Law (2008) and Civil Law (2010) from the same university. Her canonical thesis addressed Eucharistic celebration in Sacramentum Caritatis, while her civil law thesis examined church-state cooperation principles. She also completed postgraduate studies in web design (2011-2012).
Professional Activities: Member of editorial boards for Bulletin of the Association of Polish Canon Lawyers (since 2010) and Bulletin of the Association of Graduates and Friends of the Faculty of Law (since 2011). Served as Chair of the Admissions Committee for student scholarships (2011/2012). Active in academic administration and canon law research coordination.
