Anna Schur is a Professor in the English/Honors Program at Keene State College. She holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Davis, and an M.A. from Leningrad State University, Russia. Her scholarship centers on Russian literary and legal traditions, with a focus on societal and cultural intersections.
Research Focus: Professor Schur investigates 19th-century Russian literature, law-literature dynamics, and Russian-Jewish literary heritage. Her current project examines historical authenticity in fin-de-siècle Russia. Key interests include:

- Works of Fridrikh Gorenshtein
- 20th-century Russian-Jewish themes
