Dr. Anna Sakellaraki is a legal scholar specializing in European criminal law and asset confiscation at Humboldt University of Berlin. She serves as a research assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Martin Heger and holds a concurrent position at the German Bundestag.

Her research focuses on European criminal law, asset confiscation law, economic crime, and comparative criminal law, with particular expertise in non-conviction-based confiscation systems across EU member states.
