Anna S. Mattila is the Marriott Professor of Lodging Management and serves as Professor-in-Charge of the Graduate Program at the School of Hospitality Management, Pennsylvania State University. Her research spans social media, service recovery, servicescape, prosocial behaviors, cross-cultural studies, and wellness in hospitality contexts.
