She holds a Master's in Sports Science and is actively involved in the Research in Education & Movement Culture group, focusing on interdisciplinary studies of movement practices within education and society.
Research Interests: Her thesis explores yoga as a 'slow practice' through three interconnected studies: (1) participants' resonance experiences in yoga instruction, (2) PETE students' engagement with yoga-based didactics, and (3) secondary teachers' implementation of slow movement practices in Physical Education. These studies emphasize pedagogical considerations for embodied learning and curriculum development.

Affiliations & Expertise: Besides academic roles, she is a certified rhythm/music teacher, yoga instructor, and dance therapist, integrating practical experience into her research. She contributes to GIH's mission to strengthen research-informed teacher education in Sport and Health.
Labs/Teams: Active member of the Research in Education & Movement Culture group, conducting humanistic and social science research on movement's societal role.
