Anna Rastas is a Doctor of Social Sciences and Docent in Social Anthropology at the University of Tampere. She is currently an Academy of Finland Research Fellow whose work intersects with critical heritage studies, migration, and cultural discourse. Her conference participation focuses on themes like heritage's role in social change, political constructions of heritage, and community-based heritage practices.
